From spending days looking for the right flight to finding the perfect place to stay, planning out a vacation or business trip in it's entirety is time consuming and overwhelming. My job is to take all of those stressful parts of the planning process out of your hands and allow you to relax while knowing the very best vacation is being planned just for you.

Here's How it Works:
Once you have decided you're ready to go on a trip, the hard part for you is already over! If you have a general idea of where you want to go (even if you don't!), how much you'd like to spend, and what kind of vacation you are after, I will take care of the rest. I have been planning and executing elaborate trips for over a decade. I make sure that all areas of travel are well researched, and I can guarantee that I will find the travel options best suited to your needs. My knowledge of the travel industry along with my time and research can help save you thousands of dollars and countless hours and take away the headache involved with crafting the perfect trip. After you answer a few simple questions for me, I begin planning your dream vacation. I will research your desired destination thoroughly and familiarize myself with every aspect of that area (if I'm not already). I will find you the best flights and accommodations suited to your specific likes and dislikes. I will explore transportation, tours, attractions, restaurants, nightlife, and activities in all areas of your travels. I will put together a recommended itinerary which details several different flight options with prices and accommodation suggestions ranging from authentic local guesthouses to luxury suites depending on your preferences. If you chose the Luxury package, I will also include additional transportation, tour, and sightseeing information for everywhere you will be traveling. I can't wait to hear from you and plan your trip of a lifetime! |
All Packages Include:
- Initial Consultation and Informational Meeting: This will be our initial meet and greet. I'll ask questions to help me better plan a tailor-made trip just for you. All meetings are generally done through email and/or phone calls - whichever you prefer. - Itinerary & trip review: During our second meeting we will go over all of the information I've gathered on your areas of interest. I will present you with a typed up "mock itinerary" detailing what I have found to be the best options for destinations, flights/trains/buses, and accommodations for any of your desired areas of travel. I will offer at least three different options for each. - Step by Step Booking: If you are happy with the itinerary I've presented to you, you are given the option to have me walk you through the entire booking process as discussed during our Trip Review meeting. If you would prefer to do the booking yourself, the best booking options will be laid out in the itinerary I've provided. - Information Packet: As an added bonus, I will provide a packet containing pertinent information on what is needed prior to your trip. This will include visa information, vaccinations, packing essentials, travel insurance, and anything else I can think of to help you have the time of your life. Prices include up to two weeks of travel for up to four people. For groups of more than four people or travel lasting longer than three weeks, please contact me directly for prices. |
